The hearing test was thorough, and the dr Jamil took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood each step and the results. The best prices and the best customer service in Calgary, probably in Canada. Jamil truly cares, and he treats you like family, before and AFTER the sale.  His shop is small, quiet and personable, but he has full hearing test equipment on site and lots of different options in stock, so everything is seemless.  Whatever you need for support, supplies, fine tuning your settings over time, you name it, he's easy to see and it's done right, and with a smile.  It is 100% worth the drive from pretty much anywhere to work with Jamil rather than the big box stores. My hearing aids changed my life, and I have Jamil to thank for that.
